We reserve the right to refuse services to:
• Anyone with a nail condition we suspect may be contagious or have an open wound(s)/sore at the treatment area.
• Anyone with medical conditions that we suspect may be contagious, or we fear could be further harmed by our services.
• Anyone 15 minutes late for an appointment.
• Rude, disrespectful, argumentative person(s).

MU NAILS has a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you reschedule or cancel your appointment within less than 48-hour notice, you will be charged the cancellation fee (full price of the booked service; services with Nail Art Design add $15 on top of total fees) according to the service you have booked. Your appointment will be canceled and be charged the cancellation fee if you miss your appointment by 15mins. We reserve the right to make changes, shorten appointment time or cancel the appointment due to late arrival/no-show. No show(s) will not be able to book with us in the future. No refund will be issued.

Please note the cancellation policy is still in effect for appointments that are made same-day and/or within the regular 48-hour window. Thank you for your adherence.

These policies are set in place out of respect for our nail artists and client(s) as we have limited capacity and high demand. We carefully allocate time slots to each client(s) based on the specifics of their request. Last-minute cancellations are difficult to fill and prevent another client(s) from taking that spot. We want to continue to provide the high level of service that defines MU NAILS. Please help us do so by respecting these policies.

Here at MU NAILS, we find it very important that both our customer(s) and nail artist(s) are happy and well taken care of. Therefore we suggest a minimum of 15% tip to ensure that our nail artist(s) are properly compensated for their time and hard work. In the odd scenario when the customer does not tip or has tipped less than 12% of the bill, MU NAILS will apply a mandatory 12% service charge to the bill and award it to the nail artist accordingly.
